I use this app when I travel. The reviews of different restaurants and stores helps me choose where I get my next meal. The maps and directions are also helpful in finding the restaurant or grocery store. I would be at a loss if I had to figure all of out on my own without this app. Kudos to the developers for helping us in saving the lives of innocent animals.

Helpful when it works. My big thing is that I am unable to save places. "No connectivity..." is the error message that I see in a big red rectangle at the bottom of the page. Saving places I want to try is the most common use I have for the app and it doesn't work. UPDATE: Although I update apps on two phones daily, I took the developer's advice and uninstalled on both phones. I have reinstalled on the Pixel 7 and I am now able to save restaurants. Whew.

Hi Apple, thanks for being a long-time user. We're always working to be bug-free, but there are sometimes unique issues. Also, if you've had the app installed for a very long time that could be part of this. Will you please uninstall and re-install and if that doesn't fix things please email us. Best app for finding local vegan eaterie restaurants, but it's got several long standing bugs that create a lot of friction. First, the call button doesn't do anything, and no phone number is visible. You have to search the internet for a phone number. Second, the website button almost never works, because it tries to use an in-app browser that almost never loads the website. Even when it does load, it has limited functionally to the point of being useless. Fix the call and website buttons!

Hi Chris, we believe this was resolved last year, is this still an issue for you? We mentioned the number is next to the call button; you may have custom settings on your device preventing it from being clickable. Based on your feedback HappyCow is NOW FREE for all Android users! Previously, some features were only available to those who upgraded to the premium version. We understand that these features are important to our users, so we've made them available to everyone.
