At least add a toggle between pause and unpause during shift instead of requesting break time so to avoid unnecessary long trips from the starting zone that couldn't be avoided or stuck during heavy traffic while not booked by orders it would help a rider a lot also to avoid canceling orders because nobody wants to thrown from so far away with little to no gas and income from meager fare!

Highly unstable v.4.2415.4 The app will randomly lose notifications, resulting in no orders unless you are viewing the app when the order arrives. Account gets signed out and goes to a blue log-in instead that doesn't actually sign you in. Only solution is to reinstall the app and troubleshoot before each session.

I work as rider for panda. As per my experience, I dont think that we were supported. We were given an option to report any inconvenient things that happen through the vendor specifically if we wait for too long already. However, if you hit dispatch button automatically your account will be restricted and INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF FARE!!
