Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

For a while Du has become a company full of scams and lack of clarity regarding the services offered, I have the worst possible experience which is still going on, I was misinformed by an agent and now instead of a du home services subscription, I have two and to terminate one of them I have to pay quite a lot of money. I wrote an email to du customer care, watsap, I went to Du branch and they said I'll receive a call by management and 2 weeks pass, no one call, irresponsibility at high level!

Du service in terms of their setup is extremely bad or rather worse. My home Internet was not working, that's one problem but reaching out to them via call center 800155 is all together a biggest hurdle, most of the time, it never works and sometimes even if connected remains mute upto 7 mins. Du app seems to be less friendly, while troubleshooting, it just said bad gateway.
