Worst service ever.. will not going recommend this app for shopping to anyone. There is no delivery on time nor even getting updates for the same. Even they don't exchange the product from same delivery spot. You have to give another address for exchange and on top of that you are not getting the product delivered on time. Better to shop from first cry and other shopping app

Earlier product quality was excellent. But nowadays they started supplies of cheap china import products of Delhi sarojani. I am frequent buying from this app and noticed when products are coming from Delhi side, there quality is very cheap. Mumbai and west Bengal supplies have good quality. They are running this business without noticing this. I don't think so.

I cannot say much about the quality of products as the frustrating experience with the app is not allowing me to either sign in or view the cart. Being a software developer myself,I can comment that what a useless design of app where the UI is not even friendly. I am not able to do the purchase at all which is the whole point. The app crashes frequently and it is not even allowing to wishlist the chosen product due to sign in issues. On top of it the web version is also redirecting to the app.
