Used to be my favorite delivery app, but it's been so frustrating lately. Most items in quick market are out of stock but still showing on the app and you have to keep guessing what's not there. Also, now I have to speak to an agent through a slow process instead of automatically being refunded, and I haven't received my refund on inedible items I got delivered. So now it's not any different from any other delivery app

Every time I try to place an order from a supermarket, I keep getting a message saying that some items in the cart are out of stock. But it does not say which item is out of stock, which is very frustrating because you are left to guess which items they are. When the app does not even have such simple features why is it 74MB in size is beyond my understanding. This is supposed to be the widely used food and delivery app in KSA and it is barely usable!

So, the restaurant doesn't follow the instructions placed on the app, and the food turns up wrong - not something I want to eat. I call customer service and the best they can do is SAR 10 refund.. less than 10% of what I paid. I was promised a call back from management.. still waiting 3 days later. In summary, I won't be using Hungerstation again.
