Past few months the experience has been really bad. The estimated fare for auto is anyways much higher than other cab services and it increases everytime at the end of the trip. This is illegal and they just refund the amount in the wallet which can never be used. Once or twice it can be a glitch but everytime same issue can't really be a glitch and the drivers take advantage of this. For the route that should be 120 they charge 150 and then further increase the fare at the end. Bad Service!

over all captains are misusing the App.There is no synchronisation between the app and the drivers.with out reaching to the location, most of the drivers are keeping the waiting time on Most of the drivers are continuously talking on phone while driving, which is against traffic rules. Most of the drivers are slow, lazy and nagging as the app is Rapido.

When I was booked it was showing ₹230/-. After completing the trip the final bill was ₹278/-. No waiting time and trip was completed before 3 min of the estimated time. I have raised couple of tickets there is no response from you and there is no option to attach the trip images. Very bad and worst support I have ever seen. I have waited for 10 to 15 min for your support agent but there is no response.
