Introducing a great new way to pay with 2degrees Prepay. With Autopay, you can buy and renew your Prepay Packs and Combos straight from your Credit or Debit card without needing to top up your phone.
• Turn on and off Autopay
• Buy an eligible Prepay Pack or Combo
• Renew your Prepay Pack or Combo
Now you can see up to 6 months’ worth of usage in a funky, easy to read, colour coded graph. See it and keep your usage in check by clicking on the ‘usage’ button in the middle of your App home page.
If you’re sharing your data, now you can see the data use of your sharers, as well as yourself, so keeping tabs on your data use will be as easy as opening the App.
We’ve tided things up and squashed some bugs
We've made payments even easier with these nifty, new App features:
• If you're a Prepay Carryover Combo customer, now you can turn on Autopay to pay for your Combo renewals straight from your Credit or Debit card, instead of remembering to top up your phone.
• You can also add and swap your payment cards from within the App, so you can easily manage your account from the palm of your hand.
We’ve added a couple of cool new features for Prepay and Pay Monthly customers:
• See a detailed breakdown of your last bill, your current bill, any payments you’ve made and credits you’ve received
• If you have an account with more than one connection on it, the account holder will now be able to see a breakdown of each mobile and the spend in their current billing period.
